During our sessions, we will deconstruct the beliefs that may stem from mainstream norms or someone else's values, helping you discover what truly matters to you. Our services include individual counselling, relationship counselling, parent coaching programs, individual and group supervision, and more.

We firmly believe that everyone deserves a life filled with connection, wholeheartedness, and self-love. Our counsellor, Michelle Lin, is dedicated to anti-oppressive practice as an Intersectional Feminist and is based on Gadigal Land/Sydney.
