At The Practice, our unique multidisciplinary team consists of clinical psychologists, psychologists, dietitians, and a child and adolescent psychiatrist. Based in Sydney's lower north shore, our team is dedicated to offering warm, individualized mental health treatment that is backed by the most recent research. Our goal is to provide comprehensive and effective holistic healthcare to our valued clients.

Established in 2014, The Practice was created with the vision of offering specialized care that recognizes the person as a whole - their body, mind, and unique situation. Our highly trained practitioners combine their expertise to create an environment that is supportive, accommodating, and tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are proud to offer dietetic, psychology, and psychiatry services, all of which are eligible for Medicare rebates.

Many of our clinicians have extensive experience and training in working with individuals suffering from eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, and various other mental health concerns. We also cater to clients across all age groups, from children to older adults. To ensure accessibility, all of our clinicians offer Telehealth appointments.

As recognized Australian and New Zealand Academy of Eating Disorders (ANZAED) Credentialed Clinicians, we are equipped to handle a wide range of concerns. Whether you are seeking support for anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, body image issues, low self-esteem, mood concerns, anxiety, relationship issues, or adolescent-related challenges, we are here to help. In addition to our psychological and psychiatric services, we also offer nutrition counseling and psychoeducation on food and physiology. Our medical specialists are available to consult on medication, diagnosis, and treatment options for mental health conditions.

You can find us at Suite 109 & 308/460 Pacific Highway, St Leonards, NSW 2065. Please note that our reception is located on level 1, Suite 109. Parking is available with 1.5 hours of free parking in St Leonards Square.
