"I am rating this 2 stars solely because of the quality of support given for international students. I suggest that Jenny Tran re-evaluate herself as the international programs student support officer. She takes forever to follow up with her emails and sometimes doesn't even reply back. I often have to remind her to get back to me. This is not acceptable as a international programs student support officer as her job is to support the international students but instead she is causing more frustration and stress for us international students. I suggest that if she is not capable to do her job properly, you guys should find someone else who is more capable towards meeting the needs and concern from international students. Thank you."
