"Fabulous products, great service"
"Wasn't expecting such lack-luster service which makes you feel uncomfortable being in their store. Went in on a quiet week day to look at their range, particularly their outdoor pieces. A quick "hi" from one staff member, who then ensured she watched me directly as I walked around the store. When the other staff member finished his multiple loud phone calls, they started a conversation between themselves, making it difficult for me to approach them for anything. At this point, I decided to leave as I didn't feel welcome. To make things worse, as I walked out they both stopped their conversation to stare at me as I walked from the outdoor section to the front to leave. Not a word of "can we assist with anything?", but just two sets of eyes silently glued to me. Plenty of other friendly retailers on Church Street."
