We went to the store hoping to get a good quality pillow and Carla was so lovely to get us try on the different pillows she selected for our requirements. "Thus is the second time we have made a major purchase of beds for our family and again it was an excellent experience. 10 years later, they could look up what we had purchased previously on their system and advise us of equivalents in their current range. Lorraine listened to what we wanted and was able to answer all our questions and more. Our needs have changed and Lorraine could point us to what was available now. We were able to try the beds. My 16yr old niece wants a totally different bed and I need a softer mattress. We are members and were able to take advantage of sale/discounts. All the profits we ordered are available before Xmas and the mattresses are made here in Melbourne, which is important to me. Delivery charred are reasonable and the beds are unpackaged and set up and all rubbish taken away. They will even dismantle my nieces old bed for us. I can't recommend them highly enough.
