"This photo is in 2014 with my favourite hat that I lost in Shanghai August 2018. Since then I've had two other very nice hats and a slew of cheaper ones and NONE were as good or meant the same thing to me. Today on the way home from dropping off a rural friend from a half day mushroom hunt I decided to stop in the country town shop where I purchased this particular hat. They don't have it. I was So shattered. But the lady at "workin clobber" said "what hat was it?" "Dunno, a very specific one, let me get you the photo" "Ahh yes here we go, the Catalog says it's a coolabah." "Ok let's order it." "Ok but it could be up to 6 months" So, I put a down payment, and a blinder to all the other nice offerings immediately available. There's no other hat for me. I can't wait to have her back. I'm so glad I get a chance to have that hat back. This is better than any Christmas; like reuniting with a soul mate. But it may take 6 months. "Lots of true blue Aussie gear, stuff suitable as tourist keepsakes, and high vis workwear for tradies. High quality stuff, reasonably priced. [Read more, below:] Long time coming, this review. Been getting clothing here since my first pair of overalls when I was around 5 years old. The place has changed very little in that time, despite having swapped hands a couple of times. Maybe just a handful of stuff to appeal to younger generations. Generally, don't expect super budget brands here, but you get what you pay for; after years and years of hard wear, my purchases have always proven up to snuff. There are some lesser known, "imitation" options available here, but the only real difference is you don't have to pay the name tax that you'll find on bigger brands, yet they treat you much the same, in my experience - if not better!"
