"Very disappointing, I don’t wear suits often and was convinced by Andre himself that my suit looked great. It wasn’t until I got home and re tried it on I realised something didn’t look right and was fitting way to big. This was 2 days before my wedding. I took the suit to another tailor who told me that the vest had never been tailored and cut a fair amount of fabric from it, the jacket need 3 inches cut from the bottom and the pants hem was very visible and not tied off correctly. On the day of my wedding while Getting ready, buttons that had been changed in the vest had fallen off and needed to be re attached by my aunties just hours before we had to leave for the church. "I was looking for a suit for a Gala Dinner that I can also wear occasionally for work also, and because I do not have the “standard” physique, I needed it also to be tailored to fit me. I was shopping around the major brands and tailors around Melbourne and until I found Andre J Menswear. I walked in, without an appointment, and I was welcomed by Andre. Andre was an absolute professional, asking all about the suit, occasion, how I wear it, my preferences, etc. and only then he would make recommendations. He is very knowledgeable on everything suit related and would go out of his way to work with you to get you the best suit made for you.
