Thankfully, my experience took a positive turn when I interacted with a service member at the cashier. This individual promptly understood my request and assisted me in unlocking a trolley for my purchased items. Their willingness to assist was a stark contrast to the unhelpful attitude displayed by Willow. It's disheartening to encounter such discrepancies in customer service quality within the same store. While I appreciate the efforts of the service member who ultimately helped me, I do hope that Kmart addresses instances like this to maintain a consistent and positive customer experience."

"One of the worse Kmarts ever. There staff never know where the stuff is located. I ask 3 different persons in the store for shoes and all 3 says me that men’s and women’s have same safety shoes located in one section. After some time I told this to the one of the other staff members, to be honest I don’t think that she cares for the customers either. Really not happy with the customer skills."
