It has now been over 12 months I have called them many times and on the odd occasion I get in contact with someone they assure me that my refund is being processed. Never buy from MDL, they have stolen my money and I doubt I will ever get it back. Prove me wrong MDL. order #2900.. process my refund! or call me back. I have already reported you to the ACCC and will continue to follow-up with them until my refund is processed."
