I went into Gainesville today with genuine intentions of spending $4000-$5000 on a bed that I liked, however, the arrogance in the approach of the sales people there including being made to feel like a burden, led me to lose all interest in passing over one cent to these ignorant individuals. This company would be doubling their profits if their sales people's attitudes were skilled in customer service."
