I am Sheena, a Counsellor at Lotus Reflections Counselling. I understand that everyone experiences pain at some point in their lives, which can impact their mental health and well-being. It is crucial to have a safe space where you feel heard and supported during challenging times. As a Person-Centered Counsellor, I prioritize transparency, humility, and openness to build a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Life can present us with various challenges, and it is not always easy to process them. Feeling unheard, judged, or misunderstood can make the experience even more difficult. I am passionate about providing a safe, connected, and understanding environment where you can grow and heal. Witnessing the growth and transformation of individuals when they feel empowered is truly inspiring to me.

During our first session, we will conduct an assessment, identify your goals, and thoroughly discuss privacy and confidentiality. Based on your availability, we will establish a weekly or fortnightly session schedule. Please note that Counsellors are not covered under the Medicare Rebate.

If you are visiting our office, there is street parking available on Lockwood St. If you prefer public transport, we are approximately a 15-minute walk from Merrylands Station. There is also a bus stop located right outside our center, with buses 806, 802, 810X, and 908 stopping here.

I am available in the office on Wednesdays, and on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, I am available via phone from 9am to 7pm. Please note that we are closed all day on Saturdays and Sundays.
