"I wasn’t informed about my pre paid deal being expired (still had two sessions left on my package) then they booked my appointment, when I turned up for my laser treatment the lady asked me to pay. Apparently they cannot even check anything on the expired deal. My question was why did they book appointment if the deal was going to expire and didn’t inform me beforehand. Waste of my money and time."

"When the poor reviews outweigh the good, you know you’ll be disappointed!! This chain has the worst customer service!! Save your time and go elsewhere! These people don’t care about customer comfort or peace of mind. I simply requested for them to wear a mask while we’re doing the treatment and I would wear one too as I’m around a lot of immunocompromised pts in hospital. They refused to wear a mask or refund my purchased vouchers which weren’t cheap either. Even though I’ve been a loyal customer for years now! Never coming again! Thankfully Laser Clinic Australia in the parramatta Westfield was a lot more considerate and willing to simply wear a mask!! They’ve won my business for sure!!"

"THEIVES! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Horrible experience and am never going back. I bought a laser package ages ago. I am never happy with the service there, but since I bought a package I wanted to use it rather than waste my money. I had one left on that package. When I called and booked laser removal, they said I had one session left on my package and that I could use that. I went and did the laser then they told me I had to pay because I didn't have any laser sessions on my package left. So they literally made me pay for a service twice. Waste of time, money and energy. If I had no sessions left on my package they shouldn't have lied on the phone, and they should have admitted their mistake and not charged me in person. I literally never bother to give bad reviews but they really deserve it."
