"I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Amart Campbellfield. I purchased a dining table and set for a guest lunch party, specifically requesting delivery within a few days. However, the delivered table was cracked and unusable. After a frustrating exchange, they agreed to send a replacement for delivery on Friday, which turned out to be the wrong item. The store then claimed they couldn't deliver until next week, causing me to lose trust in their service. Despite my inconvenience, they deducted $99 from the refund for their own delivery mistake. This entire experience led to wasted time, guests not being properly served, and an unjustified delivery charge. Sadly, Amart's Campbellfield branch demonstrated poor customer care and failed commitments, leaving me with no intention of returning."

"We were looking for a kids bed. Reached Amart just 20 minutes before it closes. While we were looking at the stuff, a staff came to us and ask if we need any help. It took us a while to decide and when we went at the counter for the payment, all the staff was so much cooperative. No hurry ups! Very happy with the customer service. However the store needs a serious facelift. The moment you are in the store. You feel you are stepping into a 90s store. Other issue is that for some mattresses the ETA is 2 weeks whether it's a pick up or delivery"
