"Very bad customer service. The lady who was there around 4pm on 27th of November 2022 was very rude. I went in to buy a bed and she did not want to sell to me. Not willing to help and very rude behaviour. Never buying bed from there. They just lost a sale of around $3000 just because of that rude lady."
"I got my order two weeks ago and regardless of the terrible delivery method, but there were many damages in the products and when I called them to tell them, they gave me the phone number of a technical person and asked me to call him and explain my problem to him although this is part of their responsibility and when I told them that there was a lot From dirty stains on my bed frame, nail marks and iron rust on my mattress, they simply replied that the products left the factory in good condition and I destroyed them during assembly and they advised me to clean it with baby wipes, ridiculous,and everything shown in the pictures. I do not recommend dealing with them strongly and wasting more time and money."
"We have bought two king single trophy gas lift beds and mattresses for our kids bedroom. Liz, is by far the BEST person we have come across in terms of service and care for customers. The installation was also done by Snooze delivery people and there was some installation issue. Liz has contacted the supplier and installation person who themselves were too nice came again as early as they could and rectify the issue. Liz is a wonderful person and experience with Snooze Craigieburn is great."

Even the boys who did the deliveries Ahmed and Mustie was careful in delivering the product, on time and made sure our new home wasn't damaged.
