"Thank you for another amazing experience Forty Winks and team. My partner and I were looking for a new mattress and base and have been feeling a little overwhelmed with the choices. We know the quality and endurance of Footy Winks products are amazing, but what was the best part of this whole experience was a guy named Sam. He greeted us in the early morning on a Saturday, chirpy and keen to assist us. We told Sam what we liked, and we're then given not only information but also shown options and told comparisons of bedding and ensembles, and what would work best for our family and why. Sam was very personable and made an effort to ensure we not only selected the right bed for us, but also were informed us as to why this bed was best for us. He even pushed our pram along while he insisted we both try different beds, which was extra special and took the pressure off us having to rush to make a decision. We are so so happy with our decision and purchase, and we cannot thank Sam enough for his customer service, knowledge and assistance and for making this experience so seamless. We will be telling all our family and friends to go and visit Sam for all their bedding needs.
