"The guys at Ultratune Castle Hill were amazing!! The guys did the service as requested. I asked them to check the brakes and the A/C. They reported back everything was fine, but the brakes only have another 5-10,000k's. There was no pressure and no "we have to fix this now" attitude we have experienced from another mechanic. The cost was as quoted, with no hidden extras."
"2 stars for the fast and easy booking services. HOWEVER, this place tried to scam me. I am a young girl on my P's and they tried to take full advantage of that and told me my lower control arm bushings were "completely worn out" and need replacing immediately. I went and got a second opinion since my car has been driving completely fine and luckily my regular service place was very honest and let me know my bushings were fine and had years left in them. They are most likely taking advantage of other young drivers like me. I do not reccomend this place. Always get a second opinion!"
