"This is absolutely the best experience ever! I have some hesitation about writing this review because I'm afraid they might get overly busy, and I won't be able to book a spot. But I really want to express my gratitude and appreciation because they saved me from a huge bill. When Volkswagen handed me a long list of items that needed fixing, I became really worried about the cost. However, Janice was so helpful and answered all my questions nicely. She had Genaro thoroughly check my car, guiding me through the list and showing me the parts that needed fixing and what didn't. I didn't even mention the air conditioning issues to Genaro, as all the other mechanics, including Volkswagen and the person who sold me the car a year ago, had suggested changing the compressor, which I knew I couldn't afford. I am sure that I did not pay for the compressor. But guess what? After their service, my A/C is now working perfectly! OMG, I'm absolutely thrilled!"
