At Karalta General Practice, we have a team of six experienced GPs, including three female doctors, who are committed to delivering high-quality healthcare. Our doctors are supported by two registered nurses, ensuring comprehensive and efficient medical services.

We value your time and strive to see you promptly. To help us stay on schedule, please inform us if you need to bring another family member to your appointment or if you require a longer consultation for multiple issues or complex matters. Women's health checks, mental health appointments, and EPC plans often require more time.

We also offer telehealth appointments for your convenience. Please note that Medicare requires a face-to-face visit within the last 12 months to be eligible for a telehealth appointment. The approximate appointment time will be confirmed, and the doctor will call you at the provided number.

Walk-in patients are triaged appropriately, with non-urgent cases offered available appointments or scheduled for the next available slot based on triage. Children under 12 years of age are bulk billed, and reduced fees are available for pensioners and Health Care Card holders.

If you require more time with your doctor, please arrange an extended consultation when booking your appointment. We prioritize your needs and aim to provide personalized care.

For your convenience, we offer online appointment booking to reduce wait times on the phone. Our reception team can get busy, and online booking ensures a smoother experience.

We cover several suburbs including Erina, Green Point, East Gosford, Erina Heights, and Terrigal. If you reside outside these areas, please discuss your requirements with our doctors.

As a registered Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre, we provide travel vaccines to ensure your health and safety during your journeys.

Please be aware that our reception team may be busy. If you are experiencing any cold, flu-like, or respiratory symptoms, please contact our reception team before visiting in person. You may be asked to undergo a rapid antigen test (RAT) or PCR test. Alternatively, you can book a telehealth appointment. Medicare requires a face-to-face visit within the last 12 months for telehealth rebate eligibility.

For everyone's safety, wearing masks is compulsory inside our practice at all times. We prioritize the health of our patients and staff.

Have you received your flu vaccine? We have both private and government-supplied flu vaccines in stock. Please inquire during your consultation or book an appointment with our nurses to receive your vaccine.

Requests for scripts and referrals require a consultation to ensure our doctors have sufficient time to process your requests. Telehealth consultations can be arranged if appropriate.
