"They used to have friendly staff, but mainly haven't had them in quite a while. One lady in particular is great with my younger children, however I hardly see her in there anymore. The one that is there all the time now can be horrible. I don't find her very pleasant, and I have heard her speaking to other customers quite rudely. Makes me want to change health funds."

"This is directed to HCF in General and probably all the health funds. Its frustrating and just down right wrong that when you have extra cover and after years of no claims you just want to go and see a podiatrist for a corn on your toe you are told that you have to go a step higher to be covered. There should be a different system whereby you can achieve points towards a service you need when you have not claimed any services. Most people these days feel that health funds are just there to rip your hard earned money off you."
