"Prior to getting Invisalign at Castle Hill, I had an emergency extraction at Concord Dental. Dr Gen Ton was so helpful. What was initially a scary process (I hate needles), she made quick, easy and somewhat entertaining. She also whitened my teeth! Going to the dentist was never on the top of my list, but I've since changed my tune. Highly recommended."

"Having been a patient for the past ten years of Dr Genevieve Ton, I cannot recommend her and her team at Concord Dental enough. Always professional, friendly and caring Dr Ton never pushes you into treatments, however she always willing to offer advice and options when asked. Recently I finished a treatment with the orthodontist Dr Jonathan Chi for invisalign which I am very happy with. Dr Chi gave me options and then advised me what to expect during the treatment. It was all done in house at Concord and I never needed to go elsewhere for treatment. Having Dr Ton at the same location as Dr Chi enabled my queries and concerns to be resolved quickly and efficiently. For me, there is always a lot of laughter when I am there with both Dr Ton and Dr Chi and that goes a long way."
"They have moved accross the road to 402 Concord Road, they took my $1,000 government voucher for my child in 15 minutes I was devistated, as the work was definitely not worth it. No explanation, just after money, very disappointed, will not return to this business."
