"Terrible experience with the agent Cissy. I have been renting a property for almost two years but since they took over everything has been way harder for me. I have almost half a year trying to do a transfer lease but it's impossible with the agent. At the beginning they said I wasn't allowed so I had to send external sources regarding my right for them to accept them. After that they didn't approve any application for me tenancy, Cissy would say the only thing left is landlord's approval but then, after weeks of following up she would say there are references issues. Not responsive or helpful at all. Avoid doing business with this agency."
