"Overall okay experience. I was greeted warmly. I really really felt uncomfortable though they only had smaller sizes on the racks, which meant I needed to find a staff member everytime to get me the right size. It made me feel very body conscious and didn’t seem inclusive. It was also hard to find a staff member as there wasn’t enough staff to help get the sizes of the dress. I understand they can’t put all the sizes out due to room on the racks, I’m also sure it not good for the dress quality to bunch such high end dresses close together and it wouldn’t feel as boutique. Perhaps you could put more of a range out instead of just sizes 6 and 8 or maybe you could have a few more racks so you could display more racks, you have a large enough shop to do this without ruining the boutique ‘feel’. I think you could do a lot better at being more size Inclusive, you have a decent size range, so why not make all people feel more comfortable."

"Recieved such an amazing service today by the staff at Coco & Lola. All four staff that were on this morning were extremely attentive, polite and professional. I purchased a beautiful dress which was steamed, hung and placed in a garment bag ready to go. Prior to my visit today, I had a 20-30 minute phone conversation to discuss the dresses in the store where without feeling rushed, Tayla had went through and searched the store for every piece I had requested for further description. I highly recommended this store. Amazing team! Amazing service!"

"Love the store and products but the customer service is just appalling. Every time I come in the staff ignore me. Clearly they don’t have anything to motivate them to make sales. As someone who manages a retail store, my staff need to offer assistance to a customer at least once. This is the bare minimum especially in a boutique store like coco and Lola. They can’t be wandering around in circles looking at the floor. My tip: hire saleswomen, not uninspired models."

"I wanted to support local Australian designers and shops but I wish I had looked at the reviews before purchasing online. Beautiful dresses but unfortunately the customer service means I’ll be shopping elsewhere in future. I had to follow up multiple times over a month to receive any response to process an exchange. Unfortunately because of the delay I couldn’t use my store credit for another dress in time for the occasion for which I purchased it. I’ve also since noticed that when they have a sale you can almost always get the same dress on sale and even for better prices at another online shop with better refund/ exchange policies and customer service."
