"After coming here for a couple of months, this store strikes me as a store that does not really value their girls very well. I've spoken with a couple of girls that have come and gone, and they all express the same opinion, that the management of this place generally does not really provide a positive working environment for the girls. Some of the comments received from the girls is that the management doesn't really care about the girls and treats them rudely. This reflects in their high turnover rate of girls and poor options for rosters and shifts of the girls. Some girls you may be lucky to meet once, and then never again even though their profiles are still displayed on the website. In fact it is actually rather odd for a brothel to only offer rosters only 1 day in advance, where the standard brothel offers a weekly roster. Unfortunately, queries pertaining to when a certain girl will have her shift are met with rude and abrupt one line responses of "check the roster online". On the bright side the premise is quite nicely decorated and the consistency in service quality provided by the girls is one of the best in Sydney. Additionally, the girls that Ginza have hired are generally quite good looking. The high turnover rate and lack of rostering options leads me only to recommend this establishment and its sister shops to one-offs or irregular customers, as their business operations are highly incompatible with those looking for regular girls to visit."
