"Walked in to see two sales assistants chatting to each other behind the counter. I went straight past them to look at the sleepwear at the back of the store. Was not acknowledged. The personal conversation continued, I kept looking for what I was after and after 8-10 mins, left. Their chat continued as I made my way out. One star for the range of clothing, which I will now purchase online, so the ladies can continue their chat and then try justify lack of sales to their management. Rude, disappointing and in desperate need of lessons in basic customer service."
