Store has a outdated returns policy and does not accommodate to re print receipts. The staff have a lack of customer service skills (including a friendly smile) and the store manager pretends to take phone calls when not wanting to engage with a customer."
"Surprisingly good! The stock is quantity limited to a range of clothing in limited sizes, but it all appears to be significantly better quality than the local BigWs and Kmarts. I don't often shop at these kind of store as I am a little weary of mass produced clothes from India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, etc. The kids clothes and pajamas are great bargains and they don't need silly "30%" off tags to get you into the store. it's all just good prices for good gear. The staff are pretty helpful and friendly too :)"
