"Very rude assistant in the DFO Moorrabin Airport While I am browsing, a dress dropped from the hanger, she rushed into me and gave the worst look, looking at me in anger and swearing at me, very rude, I wanted to buy a dress but I had to leave immediately, she made me feel unwelcomed & rejected. she shoud not be in customer service."
"Today I have been to the shop in DFO and visited that shop as usually.I like the shop,but always have funny experience with the shop assistant.As soon as I say that I do not need her help in choosing my clothing she starts ignoring me:not helping in dressing room,does not talk(I do not need it, but...)when I am paying.But because I like the shop I was ignoring her behaviour and chosing/buying what I wanted.Today I did not buy anything.First of all because there was a jacket without a button.There was another one with it,but too big for me.I just mentioned her and asked what we could do about it.She most likely did not know that there was another jacket with a button,so she answered me that this is how they are coming and she can not do anything.Then I told her that there is one with the button, but answer was that she can not do about it anything.She did not even tried to call management to ask what to do.I was holding this jacket worth more than $100 and shorts in approximately the same price and could not buy all of that.Then when I was leaving the shop she nearly shouted to me if I could not damp the items the way I did.I was quite shocked!The way she talked to me was very rude!I mentioned her about her behaviour all the time I am coming to the shop and went away.She was looking at me angry without apologising and whispering something starting with SH!I think that might be very known word.I could not hear properly,but she spoiled beginning of my day!! Very bad customer service!!!"
