About the Business
Welcome to Berwick Fields Primary School, located in Berwick, Australia. Situated at 35 Gwendoline Drive, we are an establishment that is not only a point of interest, but also a primary school. With approximately 930 students from Prep to Grade 6, our main aim is to foster qualities and skills in our students that will enable them to adapt to change and become effective members of the community.
At Berwick Fields, we prioritize the well-being of our students, staff, and parents. We provide a safe and secure environment that encourages, recognizes, and rewards achievement and effort. Our school community is built on caring and supporting one another, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where everyone feels valued.
Our vision statement, established by our founding community in 2006, defines Berwick Fields Primary School as a place striving to build an involved community. We aim to foster personal achievement and making a difference to others. To achieve this, we engage our members in innovative and meaningful learning experiences within a caring environment that also promotes care for the environment.
We believe in fostering dispositions, skills, and deep understandings that allow our students to adapt to change and become effective members of society. Our School Wide Positive Behavior program emphasizes the importance of safety, respect, and responsibility. By promoting these values, we empower our students to take ownership of their own learning and personal development while also caring for the environment.
As part of our enrollment process, all families are invited to take a school tour and participate in an entry interview with one of our Principals. This allows us to get to know each family and ensure that we can provide the best possible educational experience for their child.
Berwick Fields Primary School opened its doors in 2006 with just 140 students. Since then, our community has grown to almost 930 students, spanning from Prep to Grade 6. Our commitment remains the same - to foster qualities and skills in our students that will enable them to adapt to change and become effective members of the community.

"Use to go here, it's kinda good but there is a lot of bullying and the teachers don't do anything but put them in time out or give a tap on the wrist and think that will fix everything. I made some good memories but not my little brother, he gets bullied and the teachers do nothing."
"It's really good school. The teachers are amazing. But receptionist are always tired and not able to talk. Which is not good."
"Great school with full of enthusiasm and supportive teachers My kids are in this school since prep and soon graduating. Highly recommended"
"absolutely love this place. went there from 2011-2017. staff are absolutely lovely and the school actually cares about the kids. they handle bullying and disputes very well and care a lot about the environment. if i ever have kids i certainly want them to go there."
"What an amazing time I had here. Many fond memories of my childhood comes from my years at Berwick fields . I love telling stories to my young cousins who still go here. I Went here from 2008 to 2012 and loved the atmosphere and the drive and passion that all the teachers had. Cheers to all the teachers I've had over the years for being there for me. I always think back and say "I miss the good old Berwick fields days" even though its been a couple of years. Can I just point out that the cubby building area started with me and my friend who built small houses in the trees behind the wetlands but Mr Painter (former vice principle) caught us and he decided to set up a specific area for cubby building (I tell my cousins this story and they are amazed :). I spent almost every snack and lunch there from grade 3 to 4. Some other great moments were during the first and second year of production back when it started in 2011. The first 2 mini fetes were also a blast."
