"Am currently driving 45 minutes out of my way to purchase a handbag I could have just bought on the spot at this store. From the second I walked in, I felt unwelcome and dismissed by the unfriendly staff. I’m a loyal customer of the Sorrento and Toorak store, and have always been met with warm and friendly staff members. Sadly today was the opposite in your Brighton store. A little customer service goes a long way, and out of principle, I’m happy to spend my money elsewhere!"

"Such rude staff. Except for one older lady, the staff were awful and walked off in the middle of conversation. The younger girl was rolling her eyes and ignored us when we asked for help. Unless you look like you have money they will ignore you. These people shouldn’t be in customer service"
