"Love Cable Melbourne and the Brighton Store in particular as my local. Philippa is so helpful and always lovely to see her, nothing is ever a problem for her. In fact all staff who work in this store are happy to be there and always able to manage whatever is thrown their way. I have been in the store at its busiest and the staff always are pleasant, over accommodating and able to juggle many customers at once. Nothing ever is a problem. Being a long term customer of Cable the quality is above what all other brands offer and long lasting year after year. My collection is ever growing and love the reusable bags that the product is now wrapped in."

"I recently purchased a Mia Long Puffer from my local Cable store in Church Street Brighton. After purchasing the jacket for $399, I wore it for the first time and ended up with a red rash on my chin from the harsh woollen lining on the neck. I contacted the store and head office to arrange an exchange of the jacket however they refused to do this and suggested that the wool would soften with wear or I could wear the neck down so it would not touch the skin. The jacket was presented in the store with the collar up and is the main reason why I purchased it as I wanted something to protect my neck in the winter months, and aesthetically I would not have purchased it had I known that I could not wear it as the store portrayed. The store has a duty of care to ensure the product they are advertising can be worn the way they intend and they have completely disregarded this obligation. Aside from selling clothing with design faults their customer service and support is terrible. Steer clear and spend your money elsewhere!!!!"
