"Recently had water damage from a dishwasher hose. Our insurance company assigned RCC to attend to our claim. Our kitchen was quickly and professionally repaired like new. They even called on a number of occasions making sure we were happy with the progress and then, after checking all was complete, assured us we could ring back if any problem down the track. Fabulous service and great tradies. First rate."

"I would give them a negative star if I can. I was engaged with RCC because of my insurance policy with AAMI. My apartment was flooded in October 2022. RCC was asked to attend to do a water restoration job on the next day when the flood happened. They didn't do anything until 2 weeks later. My apartment was covered in mould. RCC denied that it is their fault. I'm still going through the complaint process with them. I will definitely lodge a further complaint to RCC and AAMI. They were also engaged to relay new floorboards for the entire apartment. They told me that they can only start laying new floorboards in January 2023 - you can see they have a slow turnaround time - very poor time management at their end. Yesterday (20 Jan 2023) the new floorboards were relaid by them. The new floorboards look absolutely awful. I specified the colours with them and they didn't follow - some floorboards have a much darker colour and some are in a much lighter colour. The floorboards must not be from the same pack. Terrible service. The joinery they put together look like a trip hazard rather than a join. Poor quality and terrible craftsmanship. The contractors even used my bathrooms and left poo in the toilets. Absolutely disgusting! They are just NOT professional at all! I need them to remove the floorboards and relay them again! And clean my toilets!!!! Very terrible service - they just waste your time!"

"Workmanship by the company and their subcontractors was extremely poor. They just patched over water logged gyprock and slapped some old paint on it leaving bulges 15mm big all over the wall. They tried to claim the workmanship was due to a crooked wall and then tried to claim it was pre-existing, i had to prove to the insurance company the wall was straight and had prior photos of the area showing it was undamaged so they would eventually come repair it. Minor repairs took months of headache. If you have unfortunately been assigned this repairer by your insurance.... Good luck."
