Welcome to Dr R Venkatesan, a trusted medical practice located in the heart of beautiful Camden, Australia. Since 1978, we have been dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare for all different groups in our community.

Our practice is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with shorter hours on Wednesdays (9am to 1pm) and Saturdays (8am to 12pm). We understand the importance of convenience, which is why we have a computerized system to streamline your experience.

As an accredited institution by AGPAL, we continuously strive to improve our services and prioritize preventative care. Our commitment to excellence is evident in our ongoing practice reviews.

At Camden Surgery, we acknowledge the Dharawal people as the traditional custodians of this land and pay our respect to their Elders, both past and present.

In addition to general medical services, we offer an onsite pathology collection provided by Australian Clinical Laboratories, one of Australia's largest pathology providers. This comprehensive range of services is available to all local General Medical Practitioners as well as medical Specialists throughout Australia.

If you are experiencing any COVID-like symptoms, such as a cough, runny nose, or loss of taste or smell, please contact our reception for advice. To prevent the spread of infection, we kindly request that you avoid attending in person. We are also offering COVID immunization, and you can make an appointment by calling our staff or booking online using the HOTDOC app.

For situations involving possible poisoning, our practice is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, Wednesdays from 9am to 1pm, and Saturdays from 8am to 12pm.
