At The Hills Long Day Preschool, we are licensed to care for up to 39 children per day, aged between 3 to 6 years old. It is important to note that children must turn 3 years old by the 31st of January for beginning of year enrolment. Our dedicated team provides a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.

We understand the importance of a well-balanced diet, which is why we provide morning and afternoon tea for our little ones. We kindly ask parents to pack a nutritious lunch to ensure their child's dietary needs are met throughout the day.

Operating from 7:45am to 5:45pm, Monday to Friday, our preschool offers approximately 49 weeks of care throughout the year, with a three-week closure during the Christmas period. This ensures that families can rely on us for consistent and reliable child care services.

As a family-owned establishment, The Hills Long Day Preschool is led by Donna Thurbon and her husband Dennis. Donna, our esteemed licensee, has been at the helm since our doors first opened on the 24th of October 1994. Working closely alongside our dedicated team, Donna ensures the smooth running of our centre, with the guidance of our experienced Director, Jayne Pearce, who has been with us since 1999.

We take pride in exceeding regulatory requirements by employing highly qualified staff who are passionate about providing the best possible care for children and families. Each team member, regardless of their qualifications or experience, works collaboratively to ensure that every child's individual needs are met in an atmosphere that is loving, caring, and educational.
