"Excellent school. Everyone is very generous with their time and support, to ensure the kids get the best out of each day. Teachers and staff are always happy to help, particularly the Assistant Principal who went above and beyond to support my daughter. Would highly recommend :)"
"Amazing school, very supportive of the kids, staff and parents. Very happy we made the move to Rolling Hills Primary 5 years ago!! The new principal is very active and positive- I look forward to more years at the school"
"All 3 of my children have attended or are attending here. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and our children have flourished. Thanks RHPS! New principal is awesome too, has brought a fresh new vibe to the school that has everyone really invigorated."
"In 2018 my youngest child was being bullied at this school. I told him to tell the teachers and nothing was done about it. In the last 8 months my kids went through alot of heartache with family issues etc. When i re-enrolled my kids this year i sat with the principal to explain everything that had happened to them since they weren't in my care - her response was, I don't need to hear it as I don't take sides with parents. I then had issues with enrolling them as she said I needed a signature from their father whom I have an intervention order against. So I had to call the dept of education so they could be enrolled. This year my son got bullied again by two grade 6 girls. He is also so terrified of his grade 2 teacher he cries every morning saying she is mean. I'm a strict parent but my son isnt petrified of me. So I rang the school to speak with the vice principal and explained that they have gone through more than enough and he shouldn't feel this way, could we please change him to another class? I thought she would offer an appointment with me to discuss the issues. This was not the case. She simply said no, we will not be changing him to a different class, but that she can talk to my son instead. The school is run by cold hearts who should not have anything to do with children of a primary school age. They simply don't care. The only nice people at this school are the lovely office ladies who always go above and beyond. There are beautiful teachers too, but if anything goes wrong for your child, you can bet nothing will be done about it."
"I needed to move my son at the last minute due to relentless bullying. I looked up Rolling Hills as it was in our area, and LOVED their anti bullying program and stance. I went to enquire and was met by a lovely lady at the office who organised for me to meet who I think was the vice principal. I explained our situation, and was met with NO understanding, no sympathy and comme ta telling me I should go back to our current school and try to sort out the issues - which of we had already done, and exhausted all options, and had already made the decision to leave. She ended by saying she would check if their was a space for my son, and would call back that afternoon. She called back and left a voicemail stating that they would not be able to take him, and again that I should chat to our current principal. We were very disappointed that for a school with such a strong anti bullying message on their website, that they would not accept just one student for this year who was leaving his current school because of bullying issues. We ended up having to choose a school out of our area, who luckily welcomed us on the spot with open arms, happily making a space for my son. It is well worth the drive. A very disappointing experience with Rolling Hills, and we won't be recommending the school to family and friends."
