It was only two hours before they closed on Saturday and Greg was able to have a look, take my car for a drive to figure out what was wrong and whether I could drive it back to Canberra. Thankfully it was a minor issue. It was so helpful. 11/10 service! I will definitely be back if I ever have car troubles in Katoomba again!"
"My partner turned up for the appointment at Katoomba MyCAR but was told the mechanic the appointment was arranged with had been asked NOT to come in to work that day. A courtesy phone call would have been greatly appreciated as an entire morning was taken off to accommodate this vital appointment for a critical engine issue. Won’t be returning. Appalling."
