They managed to work on my vehicle on short notice to diagnose that I needed a new petrol pump. The part was not available so I ended towing my car back to Sydney. That aside. "Bought my 2005 honda CRV last year and upon inspection the mechanic claimed it has a transmission issue, After taking it to another mechanic for a service they didn't mention a thing about it. Recently I moved to Katoomba and had heard good stuff about the team at precision automotive so took my car in for a major service. The team were friendly, transparent with what they would do at pricing. Following the service they informed me there was nothing wrong with the transmission at all and was a shot engine mount - something the past mechanics had missed. After chasing up the part promptly within 2 weeks my car was booked back in and is driving the best it has ever been with the problem missed. For anyone looking for a reliable, friendly and a good attention to detail mechanic in the upper mountains look no further"
