"Milk Flower always has great drinks. However, the store is displaying incorrect prices which is illegal. I purchased a signature mango milk flower which was displayed as $9.80 on the display at the counter. I confirmed with the retail assistant that there was only one size. I then paid and noticed on my phone, I had been charged $11.98. When I asked the assistant about this, she said “Sorry, the price has gone up.” No offer of a refund of the difference or anything. She did not inform me of the price increase prior to my purchase either. When I received my drink, I let her know it was illegal to display incorrect prices and that it should be changed to which she stared at me as if I was crazy and then walked away. No response. This is basic Australian Consumer Law. You cannot display incorrect prices and if you do so, you must sell the product for the lowest displayed price. I have made a report to the ACCC."
"One of the best drink places you can buy from.. I always buy from here as their mango milkteas are delicious and the service is always fast and pleasant. Unlike gongcha which is slow and drinks taste horrible. These guys take extra care in making your drinks and are always fast and efficient.. 5 stars !!"

"The drinks here are really delicious! The signature mango sago has been my favourite so far and I can't wait to try more flavours. I also think it's really sweet that sometimes when you order on uber eats they will leave little notes, and sweets with your order. I think it's a really nice touch. And this is just a side thing but I think the packaging is so cute! I definitely recommend this place!"
