"Do not recommend! Dropped my husbands car there for a rego safety check, they said they wouldn’t pass it unless they fixed a little oil leak. When he went to pick it up his engine was pulled apart and they were talking about other potential issues in his engine. Within a week of his car being “fixed” at penrith auto care he was having issues and then his fuel Injectors started ticking. Took it to Mazda and they said whoever last worked on this used the wrong bolts and threaded the bolt in the fuel injector so badly they had to do a custom Job to fix the issue. DO NOT GO HERE! Don’t waste your money."

"If you want sub-standard service, give them a try. Perhaps they just don't like Toyota Landcruiser and are happy living from the business they have with the vehicles they prefer to work on. I went in for a pink slip, resulting in the rear main oil seal being replaced along with the clutch, due to the labour cost warranting the decision. $2000 - I was happy to pay. Afterwards: brake fluid cap was missing, starter motor was not bolted back in properly (this may have been an existing problem - benefit of the doubt). The starter motor is an issue now, it won't always start with the key, I get it going though. Granted, they tightened the starter motor bolts up again when I took it back. The owner said he would have to order a brake fluid cap when questioned, I said that was fine. I said I will bring my car back to pay for the starter motor to be replaced (maybe it wasn't their fault). No call. I followed up via the website, gave my mobile phone number and registration plate details in case someone forgot, no call."

Had a separate issue with my car a couple of days ago. They got the parts up from Melbourne the next day and fit me in immediately to rectify. Running beautifully. Customer service is outstanding!
