"They are able to get in a good range of parts, and have some helpful staff, and some less helpful. I have received a few parts on short notice previously. Unfortunately the manager has now decided that they will only order in parts if you come into the store and make a deposit, which then requires you to return to the store again once it has arrived. They will not accept payment over the phone or online. This rule is either new, or inconsistently put into place. Great place to shop if convenience and consistency are not important to you."

When I attempted to purchase a product that wasn't in stock but could be ordered in, there was confusion around the deposit taking process. Over the phone I was told to drop by and put down $100 but when I went in store, I was told they don't take deposits, they don't even have a system to facilitate this process. Everyone needs to be on the same page when it comes to process and procedures with customer transactions. I ended up buying online elsewhere and it was a smooth and easy process."
