"Absolutely an appalling so called Dr. He should not be registered. He did assessment of me for insurance company. All his report findings were inaccurate. He did not know what Palexia was. A medication for pain management. He wrote I took it for migraines. What he didn't know or assess he made up. I have a permanent impairment of 12 + % he gave gave me 4 %. His report was negative and daming. He does not listen to you, he measure your movements via zoom. You are a joke Dr Vidyasagar Casikar... A person with no medical training has a better understanding of pain and injury. I have pain on left side of body, he referred to right side. He wrote wrong dates of injuries. Do not use him as he works for the insurance to lessen your claim and undermines you. RETIRE YOU ARE INCOMPETENT QUACK."

"If you’re going to see Dr Casikar because you’ve been sent by an Insurance for his evaluation. You will be declined on your claim. After seeing 4 different Neurosurgeons for opinions & every one of them telling me I needed a back fusion as my back (L5-S1 discs) was fully collapsed. He wrote in his report for the insurance company that I needed a psychologist & told me that my pain was all in my head. Because of his report, the, insurance company declined my claim of the surgery I desperately needed. To say I was upset & angry would be an understatement. Especially after looking at his Google reviews. My solicitor sent me to a neurosurgeon approx 4 weeks later & he confirmed exactly what the previous 4 surgeons had told me, that I needed a back fusion. Dr Casikar note any of the scans/mri’s I had during the week of my accident which prove the injury had occurred at work. I spent 14 months, not being able to drive, leave the house & I was in agony even though I was taking 6 different tablets to reduce my pain.He is a retired surgeon, that only does reports for insurance companies & I’m told he receives $2500 for each reports.I made a written complaint to ACCC only to be told 2 months later when I called them that were taking no action re my complaint.I was completely dumbfounded! So after a delay of 14 months my claim was sent to the arbitrator for a decision. Because of all the proof I had, they approved my claim & I had the surgery in July 21. This so called “Dr” is ruining peoples life. He ruined my life for 14 months & from what I’ve read on google I’m not the only one."

"This butcher retired so called doctor is getting paid by insurance and work cover companies to make sure that you are made to look like a utter fool- He Truly should not be in this profession and was only reinstated after finding a loop hole back into this game of life - steer clear of him - laws need to be changed - doctors opinions over one appointment should not be conducted by insurance companies and work covers easy way of dismissing injured humans. 100% of injured humans that are sent to him will be dismissed -"

"STAY CLEAR OF THIS DR, IF YOU ARE SEEING THIS "DR" FOR WORK COVER AND HE IS THE CLOSEST DR TO YOU "DON'T". PAY THE EXTRA MONEY FOR PETROL AND GO INTO THE CITY. If I could give a -100 stars then this would be the man to receive one. He is a retired neurosurgeon who work cover recommend. In nearly 100% of cases he tells work cover that the patient has NOT done the injury at work and it is just a case of age related disease. He needs to be taken off the medical register again for negligence and work cover need to be held accountable for this man's actions. I understand that there are people out there trying to defraud the system, this Dr included, and there has to be systems in place to prevent this, but the majority of people trying to claim through a work place injury are suffering. My partner broke his back due to work and has had surgery, for that we are out of pocket thousands of dollars. This knob has told work cover that it is an age thing. Doesn't matter that he had all the MRI's etc to prove it , this disgusting man of a "Dr" says that it is age related. 3rd opinions are a must and we will be getting one. This "Dr' will not be winning this one nor will work cover."
