Reviews
"Feels awkward eating in for some reason and food is basic. Seem to have a good community feel but not my style. Recent delivery order the substituted hash browns for bacon and added an extra charge for the terrible substitution. We could have been vegetarian, vegan, halal, or kosher eaters as the rest of our order was meat free but charging extra was really brash."
"Pitiful, stingy serving of Eggs Benedict, deplorable presentation . A (one) piece of toast, handful spinach leaves (uncooked, requested they be cooked), hash browns, eggs and the equivalent to 2 tablespoons of sauce. It probably cost $5 to make, they charged $17. Poor service, lack of empathy, interest or concern. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND."
"I’m not sure what happened here but I ordered a B&E Roll and received this plain set up. No seasoning, no salt, no sauce. 3 points, purely because I felt fairly entertained by it on sunday morning."
"Iconic spot. The new management provide excellent food and great service. Only qualm is the location. When sitting outside you feel like you're almost IN the traffic! Not the safest location but it's certainly convenient."
"I would say all of our food was okay but not outstanding. The corn fritters tasted odd to me but not sure if that was just a personal taste thing. The burger was okay but nothing about it stood out flavour wise. The garlic mushrooms were plentiful and quite nice, I would say they were the standout. The hash browns were also really good but they are pretty hard to get wrong. The coffee was good and the hot chocolate was okay but not stand out. The service though was attentive, smiley and all around lovely. Couldn’t fault it at all!"
