Welcome to Ham Harry & Mario, a family-run cafe and deli located in the picturesque beachside town of Cronulla, Sydney. Since 1997, we have been serving our community with delicious food and a passion for quality ingredients.

Our story began with Infinity Bakery, Sydney's first organic sourdough bakery. Inspired by the traditional bakeries of Paris, Australian chef Phillip Searle brought the ancient craft of 'Levain' baking traditions to Darlinghurst. He was one of the pioneers in educating customers about the benefits of good bread.

Today, under the guidance of childhood friends William Petersen and Nick Wokes, Infinity Bakery continues to thrive with renewed energy. Our mission is simple - to create the best bread possible and educate people about its importance.

At Ham Harry & Mario, we believe that coffee is more than just a drink. That's why we have chosen ONA, Canberra's largest specialty roaster and supplier, to provide our coffee. ONA shares our commitment to sustainability and sources the highest quality green beans through ethical trading practices. They empower communities in countries like Ethiopia, Colombia, and India, among others.

To complement our exceptional coffee, we use MILKLAB, an Australian specialty coffee brand. Their award-winning barista milk range is designed to perfectly texture and stretch with any coffee type. From soy and almond milk to macadamia and lactose-free dairy milk, MILKLAB offers a variety of options. We are also proud to serve Australia's first locally produced coconut milk for coffee.

Whether you're joining us for breakfast, lunch, or catering services, we are here to provide you with a memorable dining experience. Our opening hours are from Monday to Sunday, 6.00 am to 5.00 pm.
