"Staff needs to be better trained. I had a click and collect order I wanted to swap at this store and the staff said that I had to go to the store I originally collected the product from. On their website it clearly states that customers are able to swap products bought online in any Pandora store across the state (the staff at the Ringwood Pandora also confirmed this). So, either the Forest Hill staff did not know how to or just did not want to help. Very disappointed."

"Bought a necklace on Boxing Day. Was told by the junior staff that my partner can wear for shower and perfume. After about 2weeks, the necklace change colour. Brought back to the store and asked, they did their best help to clean it. Unfortunately, the necklace didn't look as original as earlier. No refunds or further action to help on this. Disappointed ☹️. Feeling cheated by Pandora."

"The jewellery makes great gift ideas with pretty and witty charms, they are great for your own indulgence too. The staff are lovely and helpful, one time I went in store, one item I wanted was not in stock in the size I needed and the lady was really helpful. She offered to order it online on my behalf and get it delivered direct to me free of delivery charge. She also advised whenever I want to order just one item online and don't qualify for free delivery, to check with them and if they don't have it in store they can do the same for me for any item."
