"I called the store today for a copy of a receipt for a purchase I made 2 weeks ago. The lady on the phone was lovely and was in the middle of helping me get a copy of my receipt as I was in a different store trying to make an exchange. The manager at the time took the phone from the lady assisting me and spoke to me in such a rude way - saying she couldn't help me that there were other customers in store walking in that she had to help. She then went to say how her area manager walked in and that she needed to get off the phone. The receipt I needed was for items I had purchased for over 1100 dollars and I am absolutely appauled by the level of customer service I received. This has made me want to return all my items and never shop at prouds again. Very disappointed. I personally don't think this person sis suited for customer service- especially a management position. At the end agger she spoke so rudley she has the audacity to huang ip on me. Hopefully this review will save someone else from experiencing what I did today !"
