"Food was nice well presented, tasty. Atmosphere was great, amazing music and nice layout. However the service was terrible. They forgot my friends meal and the time hers came we had all finished eating and hers was steaming hot. Another friend of mine there had a salad with chicken but they forgot her chicken and we had to wait 20 minutes for it to come, again steaming hot. I ordered a wine from their menu and they didn’t have it in the restaurant. Waiters often forgot things when we asked for them. Someone asked for a toothpick and we had to re-ask 30 minutes later since he forgot. The waiter were very polite, respectful and professional speaking however it was such a shame that they forgot things which made the experience and overall thoughts of the restaurant incompetent."
"Attended my friend’s birthday dinner at this restaurant two weeks ago. Unfortunately, we experienced a significant delay in receiving our food, even after waiting for 1.5 hours. When we politely inquired about the delay, the person in charge didn’t apologize and attributed it to our diverse food choices. Seriously?!!!!!If handling many choices is challenging, they should consider streamlining their menu. We ended up having dinner after nearly 2 hours, which was disappointing. The food was okay, but the red wine was the worst I’ve had. The worst part was the staff’s attitude. Not a single apology, just pure arrogance. I vow never to set foot in it again. My friend’s birthday celebration was completely ruined by this disastrous experience. Still fuming, I felt compelled to leave this review to warn others about the appalling service. A total letdown!"
"My first time at this restaurant and l can honestly say all our food was beautiful.. Mum said her pizza was the best pizza she has ever tasted.. The food portions are great.. The waiter was amazing with the service he provided .. We will definitely be coming back .."
