Our story begins with King Ferdinand, the King of Naples, who had a passion for mingling with the lower class citizens of his city. He would often disguise himself as a plebeian and sneak out of the palace to enjoy pizza. Intrigued by this poor man's meal, his wife Maria Carolina and her sister, Marie Antoinette, soon joined him. Although the Queen would not allow pizza in the Palace, she did allow Ferdinand to install a pizza oven at their summer palace, Reggia di Capodimonte. This led to the birth of popular pizza parties hosted by the King and Queen.

At Ferdinand, we strive to recreate the vibrant atmosphere of those pizza parties. We offer a variety of delicious meals and takeaways that will satisfy your cravings. Our menu is carefully crafted with wonderfully refreshing flavorsome apple characteristics, balanced with 40 botanicals. Each dish is rich on the tongue but not too heavy, with strong flavors of orange and vanilla, just sweet enough to balance its bitter elements. Our signature drink, made by infusing lemon peel with vodka, becomes smooth and sweet with an intense lemon flavor.

In addition to our delectable food and drinks, Ferdinand provides a comfortable and inviting ambiance. With three separate dining areas, we can easily accommodate large group bookings and host private events. Our function packages are designed to tailor a dining experience to meet your specific needs, whether it is a sit-down dinner or a stand-up cocktail event. These packages range from 2 to 3 courses, depending on your preferences.

Looking to learn some culinary skills? Ferdinand also offers classes on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm. Join us for a fun and interactive cooking experience, where you will learn to make pasta from scratch. As a bonus, you'll get to enjoy the pasta you made, along with a refreshing drink.
