"CORAL the manager of Bayside Frankston whent above and beyond to track down a piece of jewelry that was on sale. THERE was only two left in the country and she managed to get it for me! She's a lovely lady and very helpful. Since she's left, my review has dropped from 5 stars. Some of the other staff are rude and I was unhappy with the quality of most of the jewellery. Majority is silver filled gold however it's three quarters of the price of gold anyway and an absolute rip off! I asked for them to get a piece of jewellery in for me from a store 15 km away and they refused!! Since they've lost Coral they've lost customer service!"
