The cafe operates just like any other, with experienced staff and students who are undergoing in-school certification for careers in the hospitality industry. By dining at Tradewynds, you not only enjoy a delightful meal but also support the education programs and development of these aspiring hospitality professionals.

The cafe itself is a cozy and welcoming space, open from 7:30am to 1:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 7:30am to 11am on Fridays, during school term times only. Whether you're looking for a hearty breakfast, a satisfying lunch, or simply a cup of coffee to start your day, Tradewynds has got you covered. The menu features a variety of delectable options that cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.

If you're planning a special event or a business meeting, Tradewynds also offers a separate function and meeting room. With comfortable seating for up to 40 people, the room is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a large touch screen active panel and a webcam, perfect for presentations or meetings. Please note that bookings are essential for the function room and can be made by calling 02 9208 7136 during school term time.
