"was having issues with air conditioner in car which had been sitting idle for long period going there l had the old 2/100 air conditioning 2 windows down @100km. mechanic re gassed the conditioner but he still wasn't happy so he pulled out and cleaned filter & air conditioner pathway was blocked. on my way home had to turn air conditioner down as it was getting to cold. so to say lm happy would be understatement yes l will be going back for future repairs ps was done at a reasonable price highly recommend"
"We needed regas for our car's air-conditioning just before a long trip. Rang many places and got the voicemail. Finally, we got through to Buraq Automotive and Masa told us to come in straight away. He is very professional and has an automotive air conditioner licence. He assured that he wants to make sure we are safe. He went the extra mile and we thoroughly recommend him."
"Worst experience Ever..! Very Rude mechanic ever seen If you want to save your time and money and car.... avoid this Be careful using this mechanic for any of your service, I have called for aircon re-gassing, and he said come immediately. After checking the car, he asked me to come after 45 mins, if there are any leaks he will call. When I went back and he declared that he found leak and also he charged gas (which is going to leak out soon), however he said he will charge for full re-gas which is going to leak in next 2-3 days, and he has no time to fix and come back later-- and pay again to fix the leak and pay again. The worst part is not yet over, he wanted payment in full, as he wanted to pump out the gas and go away.... as he had invested in a workshop, equipment etc and his language was the worst. First time, i have seen a mechanic treating his customer so badly, He kept saying, that he is busy and cant fix anything, then dont understand why he has called me to come immediately. Beware of these type of mechanics..... worst experience faced ever.. You have lot of other options.. around"
