Accident Repair Centre Dandenong

"This company has had my car for 3 weeks and after calling myself to follow up on the progress I was told it was still a week and a half off! The car has been sitting there (drivable) while they wait for parts. I have 3 small children and have been sharing a car with a family member juggling drop offs and work to now be told this. I did not receive 1 phone call, text, email ANY communication to tell me they were behind to apparently due to a panel beater being away. When I asked if I was going to be notified if I didn’t contact them they told me that they call when the car is a few days off being ready. Absolutely disgusted and will be putting in a formal complaint through my insurance company and request to never use them again!"

"Process of having my car repaired here under BudgetInsurance was so easy and friendly. I was concerned about having to go through a repairer I didn't nominate and haven't had to deal with a insurance claim before. The staff here were incredibly patient and understanding. It was a breeze booking and dropping off my car. The work they did on the car is immaculate and they even cleaned the car completely, to the same level I've had from details I've paid quite a lot for. I hope both the admin staff and the repair crew who are doing the physical labour know how great a job they are doing. You've made one person very happy and thankful to have his car back. I'll be back should I ever need repairs again, this will 100% be my nominated choice. My only gripe is no pickup available on weekends and close time is 5pm, can make it difficult to drop off and retrieve your car if you work full time, but hey! Everyone deserves a weekend especially these guys! Thankyou again."

"Lack of any management system, to get information about the progress the receptionist has to run around town to find the boys (whatever that means..). Took 4 times more than initially indicated, from the perspective it just seems that first timeline for the repair I got provided was outright manipulation and following 4 more estimates were also not correct. I won’t be living my car again for a month to fix minor scratch there again"
