"This company has attached itself to BMW and when you buy a new BMW vehicle the sales staff talk you in to taking this insurance with smart guys. It was a lifetime guarantee I paid for, as a lump sum, but this dodgy company then managed to get hold of my credit card number and are now deleting $ 50 every month. For what? Nobody knows. I feel very angry with BMW for landing me in this mess."
"Dodgy Dodgy Dodgy.... Claim to fix small dents... Do not fix small dents. Had to go to ACCC and now smart guys have "offered" to refund my membership "if I am not happy with their service" Well I like the way you took ny money but it would have been better if you could do WHAT YOU SAY YOU DO IN THE SERVICE AGREEMENT. Still waiting to be refunded at this point. Maybe it's time to give the ACCC another call. Long story short. AVOID!!! Save the money you would have spent and just go to an authorised repairer IF you actually even end up needing to."
